# How does Smart Search work?

Are you looking to move home or add to your property portfolio?

If so, Smart Search will allow you to look for the best deal for your new home.  Simply add the details of how much the house is, confirm how much deposit you would have and define the term and sort of mortgage that you want and Dashly will find you a suitable mortgage based on that criteria.
